Lean Content/Social Productions (Under $50k)

All rates are exclusive of Super and GST.
All rates will include an additional 12% super surcharge and 10% GST when quoting and invoicing.

*This rate card is tailored for smaller productions with budgets under $50k, typically for social or content-focused projects. These rates are subject to availability and may not always be offered.

Pre Production day rate = $1,000 ($1,120 including super surcharge)
*Minimum of 2x Pre Production days for Meetings, Creative Input/Approach, Recce etc.

Post

Day rate: $1,000 ($1,120 including super surcharge)
Half-day rate: $600 ($672 including super surcharge)
Hourly rate: $250 ($280 including super surcharge)

Grip Equipment

Alexa Mini Package (No lenses) = $1,500 per day (Discounted from $2,170)
Alexa Mini Package with Zeiss Contax lenses = $1800 per day (Discounted from $2,670)

Prep day – When no first AC is booked for a gear prep day, a gear prep fee of $500 is charged.
Transport – When no van is booked, a van can be supplied for $200 daily.

Standard package = $1200


A compact but versatile lighting and grip van package. Ideal for lean, doco or content-based productions.

Lighting overview

  • Bi Colour & Full-Colour RGB LED Lights

Grip overview

  • Slider/Dana Dolly for smooth camera moves
  • Rigging for overhead camera angles or lighting

Terms

  • A superannuation surcharge will be added at an additional 12%. (Labour only)
  • GST will be charged at an additional 10%.
  • Cancellations under 48 hours may incur costs up to 100%.
  • If a date is booked or put on hold, it will be considered confirmed 48 hours before such date unless previously cancelled or released.
  • A day is based on 8 hours. Overtime fees may apply, 1.5x = after 8 hours, 2x = after 10 hours.
  • Mileage is charged from the 20km radius (Sydney CBD). Rate = 85c per KM + All Tolls & Parking.
  • For post-production, Premiere Pro project files can be shared upon request. Any VFX, animation, or colour-grading are considered intellectual property, and project files are not supplied.
